Distance Education Course: Structure effective decision-making committees in a Christian church or para-church context.

Course Description: Many Christian churches and para-church organizations choose to structure decision-making around a committee. Committees can either be a source of effective leadership or ineffectiveness. This practicum will assist the student to develop skills in mandating, leading and monitoring effective committees.

Biography: Burton K. Janes lives in Newfoundland where he is the Managing Editor of Good Tidings, the official publication of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland & Labrador, & Archivist with the denomination. He and his wife, Sherry, live in Bay Roberts with their children, Krista & Christopher, & their border collie, Madisyn.
